One of the reason why we eagerly set up this home in Setapak is to host dinner for friends and family. Last Friday, this dream came true. Even though it is not 100% complete, we decided to host our first dinner party. We invited only a few and the turn out was more then we could ever wish for.
We dressed up in our Chef costume and Ted prepared the most delicious Gourmet meal ever. Each plate was cook with love. Tender Chicken in Brown Sauce, Crispy Salmon in Cream Lemon Sauce and Meatballs Surprise with Loganberry. I made the starter Beef Stew with Garlic Baguette and Nachos with Ted's infamous Salsa dip. To end it all, they were served with my Chocolate Walnut Brownies flavored with double scoop of Vanilla ice cream.
The fun part was seeing them enjoyed each plate, laughing and talking. Some played the mini pool but most of us just sat and enjoyed each others company. Chef Ted even entertain us afterward, which I enjoyed the most.The last guest left very late....that made the whole night worth having again.

sorry kak dura..tak leh nak join that day. say adan asyif demam on that friday.. ter miss la all the delicious food... rugi. Nanti repeat lagi la..
